This policy covers brousso.co and the apps published by Les Produits Pomelo Inc. (“we”), Chelsea, Québec, Canada. It is written to comply with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada's PIPEDA.

This website

brousso.co uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request. If you write to us, we keep your message and email address only to answer you.

Our apps

• What we collect: only what the app needs to work, such as your name, email address and the content you enter (for example training notes or wellness entries). Each app lists its exact data in its App Store privacy details.
• Why: to provide the app's features to you and to the people you choose to share with (for example your coach). Never for advertising.
• Never sold. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
• Where it is stored: with our hosting providers (Google Cloud / Firebase, Cloudflare), in Canada when the service allows it. These providers process data on our behalf only.
• Health and wellness entries are visible only to you and to the coaching staff of your team, and are used only to support your training.
• Minors: for users under 14, we collect personal information only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Retention: we keep data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request or account closure.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
